Casa Blanca Enrollment and Immunizations
If you have recently moved into the area or you have a child ready for kindergarten, Casa Blanca Community School welcomes you.
To maintain opportunities for students to learn and improve their test scores, we limit the number of students assigned to each class. Please note the class size limitation below*:
- Kindergarten – first grade = 20 students
- Second – third grade = 22 students
- Fourth grade = 24 students
*Note: When classes have reached their full capacity, we will place your child on a waiting list.
Enrollment
We ask that you visit our school office prior to the beginning of the school year, where our helpful staff can assist you with the required registration paperwork. If you are registering your child for the first time, please bring the following items to the school. You may also submit all forms via email. For your convenience, you may now also enroll online using the online enrollment link below.

Immunizations
To ensure your child is protected, Arizona state law requires an original copy of your child’s immunization record from the doctor. Required immunizations include:
DPT - 5 doses needed if 4th dose was given prior to 4th birthday
OPV - 4 doses needed if 3rd dose was given prior to 4th birthday
MMR - 2 doses needed, 1st dose on or after 1st birthday
Varicella - 1 dose required (chicken pox vaccine)
Hepatitis B - 3-shot series
