1Medications will be given in the school health office ONLY if it must be administered during school hours.  Medications to be given two or three times daily are to be given at home, unless specifically ordered by the doctor to be given at school.

2Medications shall be delivered to the school health office by the parents/guardians.  The medication must be in the original container from the pharmacy.  Pharmacies will provide a duplicate container for school use upon request.  The appropriate consent for giving medications at school must be completed and signed by the parent/guardian and the physician.

3Inhalers are considered medications and must be kept by the school nurse.
