Families at Casa Blanca Community School are invited to celebrate the end of the school year with several upcoming student recognition events and promotion ceremonies.
The school’s 2026 Recognition Awards will take place on Thursday, May 14. Awards for students in grades 3 through 5 will be held from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., followed by FACE and kindergarten through second-grade students from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. The gym doors will open at 8:00 a.m.
Students will also be honored during the Strive 4 FIVE Quarter 4 Awards Assembly on Monday, May 18, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., with gym doors opening at 8:45 a.m.
Casa Blanca Community School will observe a half-day schedule on Wednesday, May 20, with dismissal at 12:30 p.m. The final day of school will be Thursday, May 21, with students also dismissed at 12:30 p.m.
Promotion ceremonies will be held on Friday, May 22, at the school gymnasium located at 5297 W. Nelson Rd. in Bapchule. The FACE Program ceremony will begin at 8:00 a.m., kindergarten at 9:00 a.m., and fifth-grade at 11:00 a.m. Student arrival and gym opening times are scheduled shortly before each ceremony.
School officials remind families that all school events are drug- and alcohol-free, and the campus remains a no-smoking facility.
