Camping Trip
Camping Trip Interest flyer

Would you and your family like to join the Hahajjun Team in a camping trip during the weekend of April 5 at Patagonia Lake State Park? If you have an interest in this trip, transportation will be provided to and from Casa Blanca Community School and camping equipment and food will be provided. Please note that children five years old and younger and pets cannot attend this program. Be ready for a physical weekend, and let’s have fun camping!

GRIC Enrollment and Census Department On-Site Visit

Get your certificate of Indian blood (CIB) with a photo at 300 Commons on Thursday, February 13 from noon to 5:00 p.m. and on Friday, February 14 from 8:00 a.m. to noon. All CIBs will be processed and mailed to your address. GRIC enrollment and census staff will be available to answer questions. Do not miss this opportunity to update your tribal records!

Parents/guardians must bring the following:

  • Valid ID (Government issued)
  • Tribal Enrollment Number (Bring a CIB if available.)
  • Fill out an enrollment form (Provided on site.)
  • Fill out a release of information (ROI) form (Provided on site.)
  • Legal guardianship court orders (If applicable)

Intertribal Book Club

The Intertribal Book Club will meet online Thursday, February 13 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. For this meeting, we are discussing the book Healer of the Water Monster by Brian Young. This is a pick by our assistant principal, Dr. Godinez! Your assignment is to write a letter to one of the characters from the book. What do you want to tell this character?

Third Quarter Strive For Five Field Trip

The Casa Blanca Community School third quarter strive for five field trip will be to OdySea Aquarium in Scottsdale, Arizona on Thursday, March 20, 2025. We will be looking for perfect attendance, one day absent, or two days absences from January 7, 2025, to March 6, 2025. One legal parent or guardian will be allowed to attend.

Remember, this field trip is for students that have earned the following from January 7, 2025, to March 6, 2025:

  • Perfect Attendance
  • One Day Absent
  • Two Days Absences
